Kristin Rames is Head of Client Strategy at One River Asset Management, where she leads the firm's global institutional client strategy and capital development efforts. She is responsible for shaping investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth initiatives across the firm's platform.
Kristin has worked in institutional alternatives since 2020. She joined One River in January 2021 following six years at Morgan Stanley in New York and London across both public and private equity capital markets. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2014. While on the Equity Capital Markets team, she aided in the aggregate asset raise of more than $150 billion for European, US, and Japanese corporations via structures such as IPOs, rights offerings, and converts. While on the Prime Brokerage team, she managed the firm's relationships with over 200 institutional allocators across Switzerland and the Nordics.
Kristin graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is originally from Houston, Texas.
