Othmane joined One River in February 2022 to lead the firm’s growth in Europe and the Middle East. His focus will be to introduce investors to our alternative strategies and investment solutions. Othmane brings significant experience engaging with institutional investors on portfolio construction and asset allocation. Prior to joining One River, Othmane spent a decade as a portfolio implementation manager and investment strategist at Ruffer LLP, a leading discretionary macro absolute return investment manager in London. Othmane speaks English, French, and Arabic, and graduated from ESCP Business School with a Masters in Management as well as a double major in Finance and Economics. He is a CFA charter holder and holds a certificate in Responsible Investing from the Principles for Responsible Investment Academy.
