John Sinclair is the Operations Manager at One River Asset Management. He is responsible for collateral management, securities pricing, implementing efficiencies in the Firm’s processes, and other back-office operations. Prior to One River, John was an Assistant Vice President of NAV Operations at State Street IFS, a global industry-leading provider in administration, accounting, and risk services. At IFS, John oversaw a team that performed trade, pricing & corporate action management, as well as full accounting duties for multiple multibillion-dollar clients. While at IFS, John also assisted in relationship management and investor due diligence responsibilities. John holds a B.S. in Business Management with concentrations in Finance & Marketing from Boston College.
